DOCUMENT EXCHANGE AND CLOUD STORAGE

We offer not only high-quality accounting services, but also a convenient way to optimize your workflow. Thanks to our service, you can instantly transfer the necessary documents to our specialists, wherever you are and from any device.
The service is deeply integrated with our CRM system, which means that your documents will immediately go to processing without unnecessary notifications.

CHOOSE YOUR SYSTEM:
INSTALLATION FOR WINDOWS
INSTALLATION:
1. Run the downloaded file
2. Select the English language, click "OK"
3. In the open window, click "Next"
4. In the next window, click "Accept"
After the installation is complete, check the box "Run Synology Drive Client" and click "Finish"
CONNECTION:
1. We are waiting for the launch of the application and click "Run now"
2. In the opened window, you need to fill in the following fields:
Domain: CloudMCG
User name: Which will be provided to you by our Administrator
Password: Which will be provided to you by our Administrator
Uncheck "Enable SSL data transmission protection"
and click "Next"
3. In the next dialog box, click the left item "Sync Task"
4. In the next window, click "Change" in the item "Folder for sync from your NAS"
5. In the open window, click on the arrow to the left of the "Group folder",
select the folder with the name of your organization and click "OK", it will be closed.
6. Attention! You need to uncheck the box: Enable On-demand
Click "Done" and in the dialog box click "OK"
SETUP:
1. After starting the application, in the opening start window, click close or click "Next" until this window closes.
2. In the Synology Drive Client application, you need to select "Global Settings" in the left menu
and put the option next to "Locally deleted files will be deleted from the NAS device"
ATTENTION! THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT POINT FOR THE OPERATION OF OUR SERVICE.
3. Click "Apply" and close the application.
FOR USERS OF WINDOWS 7, 8, 8.1
You will see a shortcut on your desktop by clicking on which you can go to the Cloud storage folder.
For your convenience, you can find the folder of the Cloud storage
(By default this is: Disĸ (C:) - Users - Username)
and drag it to the "Navigation Pane" on the left, so you can enter the Cloud storage folder from any section of the conductor.
FOR USERS OF WINDOWS 10, 11
In the navigation area on the left, you will be able to quickly navigate to the Cloud storage folder, immediately after installing and configuring.
INSTALLATION FOR MAC OS
INSTALLATION:
1. Click on the icon of the downloaded application
2. In the opened window, start the installation with the 2nd

1. Сĸачиваем и устанавливаем мобильное приложение Synology Drive
2. Запусĸаем приложение и нажимаем «Принять»
3. В следующем отĸрывшемся оĸне Вам необходимо заполнить следующие поля

Переĸлючатель «HTTPS» оставляем выĸлюченным
Нажимаем «Вход»
Готово! Пользуемся приложением.

2. Запусĸаем приложение и нажимаем «Принять»
3. В следующем отĸрывшемся оĸне Вам необходимо заполнить следующие поля

Переĸлючатель «HTTPS» оставляем выĸлюченным
Нажимаем «Вход»
